This is an opportunity to lead development projects independently, utilizing a modern tech stack to solve real-world business challenges.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞
We are looking for a Project-Based Full-Stack Engineer with a minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience. You must be capable of handling a complete project lifecycle independently—from understanding requirements and database design to frontend/backend development and final server deployment.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨
➟ End-to-End Ownership: Take full responsibility for projects, converting business requirements into functional software solutions.
➟ Full-Stack Development: Build robust backends using PHP (Laravel) or Node.js and dynamic frontends using React.js.
➟ Database Architecture: Design, optimize, and manage complex schemas using MySQL and PostgreSQL.
➟ DevOps & Deployment: Handle server setup and deployment on AWS and Linux environments, ensuring security and performance.
➟ Communication: Maintain clear, consistent communication with the management team regarding project milestones and technical roadblocks.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫
➟ Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in software engineering.
➟ Core Tech Stack: Proficiency in PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, Node.js, and React.js.
➟ Database: Strong command over MySQL and PostgreSQL (design & query optimization).
➟ Infrastructure: Solid experience with AWS and Linux server management is mandatory.
➟ Autonomy: Ability to execute a project completely (Frontend + Backend + Database + DevOps) with minimal supervision.
➟ Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to discuss requirements and progress.
